GALAXY FLUORESCENT SERIES 303    VINYL INK

DESCRIPTION:  Galaxy Fluorescent Vinyl is formulated primarily for use on vinyl film, vinyl coated fabrics, vinyl coated paper and over white vinyl screen prints. It can also be used on cellulose acetate butyrate and polystyrene sheets and films.

STOCK: Vinyl film, vinyl coated fabrics, vinyl coated paper.

NOTE: Pretest all substrates prior to use in production.

OPACITY/COVERAGE:  Galaxy inks should be printed on white or light-colored backgrounds; fluorescent effects will be greatly diminished if printed over dark colors. When printed through 110 mesh, one gallon will cover 1,100 square feet.

STENCIL:  Direct photo emulsion, photographic film, or water soluble hand cut film.

SQUEEGEE:  Polyurethane plastic type. Medium to hard durometer.

SCREEN MESH:  All types.

MODIFICATION: Use only ST-280 Reducer for reduction. Although acetone and M.I.B.K. are effective for wash up, they will gel the ink and should not be used as reducers.

Note: These inks should not be intermixed with other vinyl inks.

DRYING: Air dry in 10-15 minutes by solvent evaporation; jet dry in seconds.

WASH UP:  Clean screens with Acetone or M.I.B.K.

PACKAGING:  Available in one-gallon containers.
