VIVIGLOW SERIES B92/B62*

DESCRIPTION:  ViviGlow Fluorescent inks are brilliant fluorescent colors in a conventional poster ink base. They dry to a flat finish and provide excellent adhesion and good fade resistance.

SUBSTRATES AND APPLICATIONS:  ViviGlow inks may be used on paper, cardboards, coated stocks, sign cloth, many polystyrenes and wood. They are suitable for P.O.P. displays, daylight fluorescent posters, greeting cards and packaging materials.

NOTE: Pretest all substrates prior to use in production.

OPACITY AND COVERAGE:  ViviGlow inks should be used on white or light-colored substrates. Fluorescent effects will be diminished if printed over dark colors. When printed through a 110 mesh, one gallon will yield approximately 1100 square feet.

MODIFICATION:  For best printing results, reduce 10-25% by weight with ST-326 Reducer or ET-28 Reducer. If a slower reducer is desired, ST-327 Reducer may be used.

SCREEN MESH:  All types are suitable, but 60-110 mesh/in. monofilament polyesters are recommended. A deposit of 1-mil. thickness will assure best resistance to fading for approximately 90 days, depending upon specific exposure.

STENCIL:  Direct and indirect photoemulsion, capillary films and most hand-cut stencils may be used.

SQUEEGEE:  All types of squeegee blade may be used.

DRYING:  Typical air-dry times are 10-20 minutes. ViviGlow can be jet-dried.

WASH-UP:  Screens may be cleaned with mineral spirits, the recommended reducers, VL-Wash and most commercial screen washes.

PACKAGING:  Gallons and 5-gallon containers.
