EasiSolvä 140 Solvent Cleaner

EasiSolvä 140 is a quick drying, fast acting, solvent cleaner designed to effectively break down and dissolve all types of printing inks from screen mesh, squeegees, flood bars, pad printing cliches, ink scrapers, tools, frames, and presses. This product with its unique combination of cleaners has a flash point over 140° F, making it much safer and simpler to dispose of compared to lower flash, volatile solvents. This product is ideal for on press color changes, screen opening, or save screens.
 


 


SPECIAL FEATURES:

· EasiSolvä 140 is non-flammable (flash point of 142° F) which makes it much safer and less hazardous than conventional solvents and allows for easier disposal of shop towels and rags.

· EasiSolvä 140 dries fast . . . providing a safe, low-odor alternative to strong odor solvents, aerosol screen openers, and other hot, hazardous solvents.

· EasiSolvä 140 will quickly dissolve all conventional (solvent), U.V., plastisol, and waterbase inks without leaving a hard to remove stain in the print area.

· EasiSolvä 140 contains NO hazardous substances (no TLV’s, PEL’s) which provides a better workplace environment.

· EasiSolvä 140 is NOT SARA (Superfund Amendments Reauthorization Act) reportable which requires less solvent monitoring and paperwork.

· EasiSolvä 140 Solvent Cleaner may be applied manually, recirculated through the EasiFloä system, or any other enclosed, automatic screen washing system. This provides superior product life with an unparalleled low cost per cleaned screen.

· EasiSolvä 140 Solvent Cleaner exceeds the VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) requirements of SCAQMD (South Coast Air Quality Management District) rule 1171 for use as a "Clean Air Solvent" in California.

· EasiSolvä 140 is conveniently packaged in 5 gallon and 55 gallon containers.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Scrape excess ink from the screen. Apply EasiSolvä 140 Solvent Cleaner sparingly to the ink side of the screen with a squirt bottle, sprayer or rag. Agitate (scrub) the ink with a rag or scrubber, and wipe up the entire dissolved residue. Reapply if necessary and follow with a dry rag or towel on both sides of the screen. The screen will be ready for printing or tape application within 20 seconds.
