EasiSolvä 201 Screen Wash

EasiSolvä 201 Screen Wash is a low-odor, environmentally approved, 100% active solvent formulated to clean and dissolve virtually all types of INKS and STAINS from printing mesh. Conventional/Solvent, UV, Electronic, Water Base and Plastisol inks are quickly dissolved with EasiSolvä 201, without the hazards and odors normally associated with aggressive solvents and caustic stain/haze removers.

SPECIAL FEATURES:

· EasiSolvä 201 dissolves virtually all inks and ink stains, allowing mesh to be rinsed clean.

· EasiSolvä 201 contains no hazardous substances (No TLV's No PEL's) which provide a better working environment for employees.

· EasiSolvä 201 is Non Flammable (Flash point over 200° F, Class III B combustible) which is much safer than many conventional screen washes.

· EasiSolvä 201 contains low-foam, biodegradable detergents which contribute to superior ink and stain removal, while providing complete rinseability with water.

· EasiSolvä 201 is not SARA (Superfund Amendments Reauthorization Act) reportable which requires less solvent monitoring and paperwork.

· EasiSolvä 201 may be applied manually, recirculated through the EasiFloä Systems, recirculated in enclosed, automatic screen washing systems or simply used in trays or dip tanks, providing superior product life and economy.

· EasiSolvä 201 meets and exceeds the VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) requirements of SCAQMD (South Coast Air Quality Management District) rule 1171 for use in California.

· EasiSolvä 201 may be applied to a wet screen for use as a stain remover, without causing damage to the mesh.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Scrape excess ink from screen, then apply EasiSolvä 201 to the well and print side of the mesh. Scrub if necessary. Squeegee excess off screen. Using a good high pressure washer, spray rinse the screen starting at the bottom of the well side and work up. Give good attention to the image area of the screen. Rinse the print side of the screen the same. Remove the stencil with EasiSolvä 5, EasiSolvä 51 or EasiSolvä 501 Emulsion Removers. Pressure rinse both sides, beginning at the top. If a stain is present in the image area, re-apply EasiSolvä 201 and high pressure rinse stain away. Follow last step with a low pressure flood rinse, beginning at the top of screen, including the frame, rinsing away any splash-back contaminants and residue. The screen will be clean, degreased and ready for reuse.
