EasiSolv 5 Stencil Remover is a liquid, concentrated solution, with additives designed to aggressively dissolve direct, direct/ indirect emulsions, as well as capillary films, providing easy washout and degreasing with water from all types of screen mesh
 

SPECIAL FEATURES:

EasiSolv 5 is an economical liquid concentrate, which easily mixes one part chemical to four parts water.
EasiSolv 5 is biodegradable/drain safe with water, which reduces environmental concerns.
EasiSolv 5 will effectively degrease mesh as it dissolves emulsions, providing cost effectiveness by saving time and labor.
EasiSolv 5 will dissolve virtually all films and emulsions from coarse and fine mesh, leaving no emulsion stains or hazes which interfere with subsequent screen making.

Remove all ink from screen and wash off blockout with water.
Apply EasiSolv 5 by wipe, brush or spray to both sides of the screen.
Rinse both sides of the screen, starting at the top, with a high pressure rinse.
Flood rinse the screen with water, from the top to remove any debris or splash back particles. The screen will be cleaned, degreased and ready for reuse. 

EasiSolv 5 Screen Wash may be applied through manual sprayers, air driven sprayers, automatic screen reclaiming equipment, or by hand wiping.
