EasiSolvä 55 Stencil Remover Concentrate is a revolutionary, highly concentrated, extremely cost effective, liquid solution designed to aggressively dissolve direct, direct/indirect emulsions, as well as capillary films, dual-cure systems, pure photopolymer and direct projection emulsion systems. EasiSolvä 55 Stencil Remover Concentrate will dissolve stencils and provide easy washout with water from all types of screen mesh.

· EasiSolvä 55 Stencil Remover Concentrate mixes with water faster and more thoroughly than powders, which eliminates the waste generated by undissolved solids.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

· Prepare use solution with one part EasiSolvä 55 to 30 parts water.

· Apply EasiSolvä 55 to both sides of screen by wiping, brush, spray or dip.

· High pressure rinse both sides of screen starting at the top.

· Flood rinse screen from the top to remove any debris or splash-back particles.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS:

· Mix 1 part EasiSolvä 55 Stencil Remover Concentrate with 30 parts water.

· Do not use a metal container.

ü - Mix 4 - 5 ounces EasiSolvä 55 with water to make one gallon of use solution.

ü - Mix 1½ pints EasiSolvä 55 with water to make 5 gallons use solution.

ü - Mix 1.8 - 2 gallons EasiSolvä 55 with water to make 55 gallons of use solution.

APPLICATION:

· Apply EasiSolvä 55 to both sides of screen by wipe, brush, dip, EasiSprayä Air Driven Spraying System, or automatic recirculating washer.
