The CM4 is a robustly engineered multi-mode machine designed for high volume, continuous operations. Ideal for stand alone or in-line applications in PCB industries. Teknek is constantly striving to improve the quality and user friendliness of all their products and the membrane panel, with software gives additional advantages of 8 separate operating modes. This allows the machine to be setup and operated to suit individual timings and production processes including the ramp speed. These presets can then be locked so no unauthorized altering can take place. A number of indicators have been included such as panel count facility, when the adhesive roll requires changing and anti-static bar failure light. The new design also allows for the aggressive cleaning of dry film laminated panels prior to exposure without disturbing the protective Mylar layer. To prevent stripping of the Mylar CM4 has automatic pneumatic roller separation. Conveyor configurations can be custom built to integrate the CM4 into
existing production lines or to handle large panel sizes.
