Kiwo Blockout/Touchup

Description:

KIWO Touchup and KIWO Blockout are used for retouching and blocking-out solvent resistant stencils. The low viscosity KIWO Touchup is especially suitable for retouching, the high viscosity KIWO Blockout for blocking out larger areas on the screen. Both fillers are VOC free and contain no alcohols or solvents.

For retouching pinholes and small defects apply the low viscosity KIWO Touchup with a fine brush.
For blocking out larger areas apply KIWO Blockout using a plastic or cardboard scraper or a coating trough.

Both fillers dry smoothly within 5-10 minutes, depending on the applied thickness and the mesh count.

KIWO Touchup and KIWO Blockout are not water resistant and tools can be cleaned with warm water. When decoating the screens rinse off the filler with water first or spray the reclaiming solution directly on the screens.

KIWOFILLER 401 NV and 402 HV can be eliminated through biological decomposition in adapted waste water treatment plants. The working solution can generally be emptied into the drains. Consult local authorities for local regulations.
