Pregan A9 CL/MA

1. Description

PREGAN A9 CL/MA is a highly concentrated cleaning and degreasing solution for use in automatic reclaiming machinery. It is suitable for all mesh types and prevents pinholes and irregularities in coating. PREGAN A9 CL/MA emulsifies dirt and grease thus making them water soluble. It is especially formulated for reduced foaming in machines.

PREGAN A9 CL/MA can be reduced with water at a ratio of 1:40. Follow machine manufacturers directions. Tests should be carried out using the actual machine, as metering ratios vary. Set a thorough rinsing cycle after applying the degreaser solution.

It is recommended to degrease the screens as shortly before the screen is coated as possible, to eliminate contamination of the clean screen.

PREGAN A9 CL/MA can also be used for a degreasing cycle prior to decoating or reclaiming to remove oily residues from solvents and inks.

Pregan A9 CL/MA solutions can be eliminated through biological decomposition in adapted waste water treatment plants. The working solution can generally be emptied into the drains. Consult local authorities for local regulations.
