Pregan C4

1. Description

Pregan C4 is a water emulsifiable, mild odor solvent mixture with excellent dissolving power for all wet and dried inks (with the exception of dried 2-component inks), currently used in screen printing. PREGAN C4 should not be used as an ink remover if the screen needs to be reused..

Before decoating the screen, remove all ink with a scraper or spatula. Rub both sides of the screen with a rag soaked in PREGAN C4 until all ink residue is completely dissolved or emulsified, until the emulsion becomes clearly visible, then rinse well with water.

Reclaim the screen as usual with KIWO STENCIL REMOVER, PREGASOL CL or PREGASOL EP33.Should any ink residue remain on the screen, pour PREGAN C4 onto the screen and brush the screen every few minutes until the residue is dissolved or emulsified. Remove the dissolved residue with a rag or by rinsing with water.

So called "ghost-images" that have NOT been caused by a deformation of the fabric, are best removed by using a mixture of PREGAN PASTE and PREGAN C4 or by using KIWO HAZE REMOVER or PREGAN ANTIGHOST in combination with PREGAN C4.
