The Roller Chase™ is a high quality, industrial roller frame designed for high tensions and long-term durability.  The all metal construction has the hardware welded to the ends of the roller making it 100% water-proof and the strongest roller frame available. Diamond Chase's latest patent covers the end construction of the rollers with a welded tensioning nut and locking bolt which permanently seals the frame against leakage. The opposite ends of the rollers are reverse threaded to prevent warpage during tensioning and any unwanted slippage of the roller. 

The right and left hand threads on each roller increase in torque as the fabric tension attempts to counter rotate the roller, thus preventing any loosening of the roller under high tensions. The ease of the locking systems allows for excellent fabric installation and alignment.

 The Top Loading™ locking system is standard for the Roller Chase™ product line. 
 This system uses two nylon rods which are snapped into place with the assistance of a 
 wheel-type insertion tool. Designed to maximize efficiency, this system captures and 
 secures fabric quicker and easier than any other silf-tensioning frame. High and low 
 mesh counts are easily stretched simply by exchanging the color-coded locking rods.
