OYO INSTRUMENTS
The Oyo Large Format Image Setters enable you to produce film separations in your own shop without a darkroom, film processor, or chemicals while providing densities that exceed industry standards. The Oyo systems are available in 14.5", 28", 42" and 54" formats. The systems feature closed loop registration for accurate registration overlay and multilevel pulsing for uniform dot quality.

Now the OYO systems are available with an Optronics RipRight PostScript interpreter that combines state-of-the-art, Intel-based NT server with the Harlequin ScriptWorks RIP Management System. Each system configuration also includes the Optronics Intellidot Speed Screen and Impression technologies that allow you to produce higher screen frequencies at lower resolutions. This gives you the capability to achieve 600 x 1200 dpi resolution with imaging speeds up to 7.2 inches per minute.

KIWO
KIWO has introduced the ImageJet -- a computer-to-screen imaging system. It will now produce halftone frequencies up to 133 lpi. Contrary to other CTS systems, the ImageJet uses dual print head technology to provide maximum imaging speeds and unmatched reliability. Imaging speeds of 10 square meters per hour can be achieved at 600 dpi. Resolution is 600 - 1200 dpi. The KIWO ImageJet is available in four models offering frame sizes from 65" x 65" to 115" x 88".
